What is NLP?
NLP (stands for Natural Language Processing), can be briefly described as combination of linguistic methods and artificial intelligence. It is an approach how to process large amount of textual data, understand the content and extract the meaning.
Web scraping
Extracting non structured information from web sources, defined by client, along with identification of other suitable information sources. These can be social media, internal documents in an organization, partner sites, official portals, and so on. Our offer includes one time data downloads as well as tooling for data refresh on regular basis, including transformation of data into agreed structure. The service is running in the cloud, which enables easy API integration using JSON or other formats.
Sentiment analysis
Online communication channels are rich and noisy source of information. Using sentiment analysis, organizations can understand what is being said about their brand or products in articles, reviews, email communications or in customer support system for instance. Escalation of a problem can be completely avoided by early identification of negative sentiment in communication channel. The most requested product features can be prioritized based on number of positive feedback from consumers.
Semantic text analysis
Identification of keywords or phrases in order to detect important entities such as names, towns, customers or products in large volume of text, by leveraging natural language processing algorithms. Extraction of key phrases or text summarization can be for example used for processing articles, work reports, legal or other documents used within the company. The main advantage of artificial intelligence is constantly evolving ability to identify information the most relevant to you.
